Bustle Skirt.

I have been wanting to make the girls matching skirts for springtime.

I say this bustle skirt on studio 5's $5 craft challenge (it cost me more because I chose a more expensive fabric).

Let me remind you that I have never, I mean NEVER, sewn a piece of clothing before in my life.

But this week, as I was on bed rest, I wanted a challenge.

This is what I ended up with...

Emma sure loves it.

I finished the baby one too, but I don't have my baby yet to show it off, so in the next week or two when baby makes her way to earth I will show you all how they both look together.
