Perfect Pasta

Do you know how to boil perfect pasta?
I didn't until about two years ago and I don't cook my pasta any other way now.

Here are the easy 3 steps:

1- Boil water over high heat.
2 - Once you pour in the pasta, set timer for 3 minutes and turn down heat to med-high.
3 - Once the 3 min. is over, take pan off heat, cover and set timer for 10 min. for most pastas and 7 min. for angel hair spaghetti. Strain and serve.

Now you will never have to dirty your kitchen by throwing pasta at your cupboards.
